50 ways of shaping your pet’s health this summer

At Vet’s Kitchen our inspiration is you and your pet. We see hundreds of pets and their owners every day in our veterinary practice and a large part of our job, as Vets, is giving owners the right information to make informed choices about their pets. Those choices are not always about medication, diagnostic tests or treatment. The focus often in a vets practice by necessity is fixing ill health in the short term but there is a huge amount of science and research to help optimise health which could save trips to the vets in the long run.

As owners, there are many things you can do through nutrition and lifestyle to help boost health and prevent injury and potential illness; it’s just a question of a little know-how.

Over this summer we want to share even more of our vet know-how with you to help you shape your pet’s health. So, over the next 50 days we are going to guide you through: hazards to watch out for over the summer; ways of easily assessing your pets health at home; information on some great ingredients and their health boosting benefits; how to assess your own pets diet; avoid the common pit falls and work out for yourself how much you should be feeding them. All of this will be completely free of charge! What’s more, we will also be sharing with you money off coupons across the whole Vet’s Kitchen range, so you can save up to £25 whilst feeding and treating in a healthy way.

And if that wasn’t enough, by signing up to the online guides you will instantly be entered into our prize draw to win a year’s worth of food completely free of charge for your pet, not only shaping their health over the summer but for the whole year.
